您好，我们是中国广东的一家藤编工艺厂，今年跟西班牙 1 copyright 公司 / Mr Philippe 客人 做了一张订单 大概 七万多美金，CFR Barclena 预收 30% 的定金 ， 货于 六月二十八号出，七月三十号到他们的码头，但至今还没有收到他们剩下的70% 货款， 请问我们应该怎样处理，请帮忙，Thanks you very much with appreciations.
